I have a bad knee from an accident years ago and this has helped me to be able to be up walking around for hours with no pain. It has a silicone band to keep it in place. It fit very well. I didn't have any slippage or bunching. Another feature I really like is it is breathable material. So you don't get that gross back of the knee sweat that some other products cause.

I had some difficulty at first getting this to turn on, but that was user error. It is a multi use thermometer. You can use it for meat, when making candy, or like I did for baked potatoes. Very easy to use, clean, and store. The end is sharp so I suggest if keeping in a drawer make sure you keep the protective sleeve on it.

I am not expecting however I prefer a prenatal vitamin over a normal once a day multi vitamin. I suffer from a lot of stomach issues due to some gall bladder problems and these have helped tame my nausea. This brand is Gluten, Lactose, and Sugar Free! Which is a big plus. If I don't have to add extra sugar into my body I would prefer not to. The bottle comes with 90 capsules (a 3 month supply). The bottle suggests taking them with a meal, this is because some people are sensitive to certain ingredients and should eat when taking these. Also prenatals are great for your hair and nails.

I would recommend these to any woman that suffers from constant nausea, and of course if you are expecting and want the absolute best for yourself and your baby.
